Jon’s journey in tech began through the keys of an x286 DOS PC and a beginner’s manual. It was more than curiosity, it was a deep-seated calling that he nurtured not within the confines of a classroom, but through practical, hands-on experience and real-world problem solving.
Merging two decades of deep-rooted cyber security experience and entrepreneurial insight, Jon founded Tarian Cyber in 2022. Initially catering to a niche, Tarian quickly evolved, broadening its services to encompass a comprehensive suite of cyber security solutions.
Choosing to embrace a fully remote operation model, this choice not only exemplified our adaptability but reinforced our core values of trust and transparency.
As a recognised leader, Tarian Cyber has earned the trust of top-tier Australian organisations.
Tarian, meaning 'shield' in Welsh, is a nod to our founder Jon’s heritage, symbolising the unwavering resilience and protection we stand for.
